2003 ShortDocs challenge: Thirst

For our inaugural ShortDocs Challenge, we invited producers to submit proposals for stories inspired by the idea of "thirst." Eighty proposals were submitted, and four were chosen to be produced into the fist batch of Third Coast ShortDocs. These four were presented, with producers on-hand, at the opening session of the 2003 Third Coast Conference.
