Most people find hearing their own voices (on voice mails or other recordings) strange, unfamiliar, or even discomforting.
For Kohn Ashmore, the experience was life-changing.
Producer Andy Mills won the Best New Artist Award in the 2011 Third Coast/Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Competition for Kohn. It was produced with musical collaborators Hudson Branch, for online publication.

Andy Mills lives in a cozy old house in Denver Colorado where he is a independent radio producer, barista and storytelling member of the artist collective Dogs on Tour.
