Story

"Black Box" is a performance art piece based on a confidential survey asking both local and international participants, 'What would your metaphorical black box say?'

Black Box was produced by Pascalle Burton for the 2012 ShortDocs Challenge.

Producer

Pascalle Burton is an avant-garde performance-poet musician-lady, whose experimental manoeuvres with words and sound have been described as an ‘elegant dragnet’. She moves between poetry, sonic art and music, and will be tied to none. Pascalle has performed in many venues and festivals, both in Australia and overseas. Current projects include The Stress of Leisure and ‘The Outlandish Watch’ project (with collaborators Nathan Shepherdson and David Stavanger). Her debut poetry collection, A Vast Laugh, was released through Small Change Press in 2008.
