That Tragic Night was produced for the 2008 TCF ShortDocs Challenge: Radio Ephemera.

Producer

Catie Talarski is senior producer of the morning news talk program Where We Live on WNPR, Connecticut Public Radio.  She got her start in documentary radio at the Salt Institute in Portland, Maine. Since then, her work has aired on PRI's The World, NPR's Day to Day, Weekend Edition Sunday, WBUR's Here and Now, the NPR PRX podcast, and other NPR affiliate stations.

Radio Ephemera challenged any/everyone to produce a short audio work inspired by two books from the Prelinger Library in San Francisco, and featuring the voice of a stranger.
