Martin Williams was born in South Wales and lives in London. He has been co-producing a programme called Unknown Country for Resonance FM, London's first art radio station, for the last five years or so along with Daniel Beban. Unknown Country is a weekly half-hour series of documentaries, features, field recordings, radio art, etc. Myriad things made by Martin or Daniel -- from almost journalistic documentaries to nonsense sound collages -- interspersed with programmes produced by or with or commissioned from other programme makers.
