Andy Mills

Andy Mills is a producer and reporter with The New York Times, and helped create their podcast The Daily.

Before NYT Mills worked at Radiolab where he made lots of stories including some about friendship, forgiveness, old dead things and addiction. Before that Mills made audio stories in his apartment with his friends and worked odd jobs. He likes stories that make him feel complicated feelings and feature people you usually wouldn't hear from. Also, in 2011 he won the Third Coast Best New Artist award and says "it kept me hopeful for a future in audio at a time when I feared I just wasn't cut out for a career in the medium."
