As a school boy, Michael Boland enjoyed taking part in school plays, verse speaking and creative writing. When his two daughters were still in primary school, he used to create believable, bed-time stories for them – made up as he told them. Early retirement from the transport industry five years ago - due to illness - enabled him to explore the capabilities of an excellent audio editing program called Audacity.
