Bernice Yeung
Bernice Yeung is a reporter for Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting covering race and gender.
She has been part of the Rape in the Fields and Rape on the Night Shift reporting teams, which investigated sexual assault among immigrant workers in agriculture and janitorial work. In addition to prompting policy changes and community-led reform efforts, these projects have won an Alfred I. duPont-Columbia University Award, a Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award, and an IRE Award. A former staff writer for SF Weekly and editor at California Lawyer magazine, Yeung's work has appeared in a variety of media outlets, including PBS Frontline , The New York Times , and the Guardian US .
