Jason Moon

Jason Moon (@jasonmoonNHPR) is a reporter at New Hampshire Public Radio, where he has worked since 2015. In his 2019 Breakout Session, expect to become even more deeply familiar with the captivating details of small towns in New Hampshire.

He is the host of Bear Brook, a podcast about the investigation of a decades-old murder case that marked the beginning of the use of genetic genealogy in the criminal justice system. Before joining NHPR, Jason held internships with a variety of public radio organizations including StoryCorps, Transom, and WBHM in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a graduate of Bennington College.
