Kyla Brettle
Kyla Brettle is an independent media practitioner with a focus in audio documentary production.
She is currently a lecturer in radio & communication at RMIT University and the online producer for ABC Radio National's music unit. Since 1997, Kyla has produced stories across audio, online, screen, and print media. She has recorded programs from remote and urban Australia and also from South Africa and Afghanistan. Her work has been well recognised both internationally and at home. Kyla started lecturing and studio teaching in 2005, she has two undergraduate degrees, and is enrolled in postgraduate study.
